Program Overview

This Generative Coaching Program is designed to bring professional coaching skills into the technology and product landscape, unlocking the potential within organizations for lasting improvements in products, technology, innovation, and ways of working. 

The program equips aspiring coaches with the core competencies required for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. It seamlessly integrates generative coaching methodologies with the ICF Core Competencies, Ethics, and a practical coaching framework. 
Through experiential learning and observed coaching practice, participants will develop a strong coaching presence, enhance their active listening skills, and acquire the tools to facilitate transformational change within organizations.

Learning Objectives:
By the end of this program, aspiring coaches will be able to:
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of core coaching competencies.
  • Develop a coaching presence that fosters trust, openness, and transformation.
  • Apply generative coaching methodologies to facilitate meaningful organizational change.
  • Utilize powerful questioning, deep listening, and reflective techniques to enhance individual and team awareness and growth.
  • Integrate neuroscience and emotional intelligence principles into coaching conversations.
  • Strengthen leadership, communication, and influence in technology, product, and project contexts.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of core coaching competencies.
  • Apply coaching skills to agile teams, product management, and innovation-driven environments.
  • Receive and incorporate structured feedback through mentor coaching and observed coaching sessions.
  • Refine coaching skills to meet the credentialing requirements for ICF ACC certification.
