What Science Says About the Intelligence of Groups

  • We know that there are ways of measuring various kinds of individual intelligence. We also know that, yes, some groups seem "smarter" than others.

Are there ways of measuring "group intelligence" and what does that really mean?

Individual intelligence seems to be "fixed" but we, of course, believe in "growth"!

What about group intelligence? Can it be improved? Can we make our teams "smarter"?

Linda will outline the latest research with some counterintuitive suggestions to achieve continuous improvements at self and team level, and to become more innovative and productive.

Curious about how fiction, protocol, diversity play in human collective intelligence? Excited to meet Linda in person?
